Dhaarya Farms was born from a deep belief that food is not merely a product—it is a blessing. In Indian culture, Gau Mata has always been revered as a symbol of nourishment, compassion, abundance, and selfless giving. Inspired by these values, Dhaarya Farms was established to bring families closer to pure, natural, and traditionally crafted dairy products.
Our founder,Mr. Nikky Sureka, spent over 12 years building a successful corporate career as a Business Consultant with Accenture, including 6 years in the United States. He enjoyed professional success, financial stability, and a comfortable lifestyle. Yet, deep within, he felt a desire to create something more meaningful—something that would positively impact society and contribute to the well-being of future generations.
02 — THE BEGINNING
The vision for Dhaarya Farms became deeply personal when Mr. Sureka's daughter was growing up. An Ayurvedic practitioner recommended that she consume milk from indigenous Indian (Desi) cows because of its traditional nutritional benefits.
Like any caring father, he wanted only the best for his child. He began searching for a reliable source of pure and ethically produced Desi cow milk. However, despite extensive efforts, he could not find a single source that met his expectations for purity, transparency, authenticity, and animal welfare.
This experience became a defining moment in his life.
He realized that if it was so difficult for him to find genuine Desi cow milk for his own daughter, countless other families must be facing the same challenge.
What began as a father's concern soon transformed into a larger mission—to create a trustworthy source of pure, ethical, and traditionally produced dairy products for families who cared about what they consumed.
Rather than continuing the search, he decided to become the solution.
03 — THE LEAP
In 2016, Mr. Sureka made a bold decision that surprised many around him. He left behind a successful corporate career and stepped into a completely different world—dairy farming.
Family members, friends, and relatives initially questioned his decision. Leaving a prestigious multinational company to start a dairy farm seemed risky and unconventional. But his conviction was stronger than the doubts around him.
He began with just 9 Gir cows on a small farm near Indore, guided by a vision rooted in purity, Gau Seva, and traditional Indian values.
The first customers were friends and family who experienced the freshness and quality of the milk firsthand. Their trust and appreciation encouraged the farm to grow steadily.
Over time, word spread, demand increased, and what started as a small pilot project evolved into a thriving dairy farm.
Today, Dhaarya Farms proudly cares for over 100 indigenous Gir cows, delivering pure and natural dairy products to families who value authenticity, nutrition, and transparency.
